Project description: Production of videos displayed at points of sale (POS), based on supplied Key Visuals and print materials (pack model).
Responsibilities:
- Designing the production workflow.
- Adapting Key Visuals into scripts.
- Supervising spot production.
- 3D animation (Lightwave).
- Quality assurance.
- Monitoring format compliance.
Challenges:
- Source files delivered in print formats.
- A multitude of formats (aspect ratios, codecs, resolutions).
- Compliance with applicable legislation.
Results:
- Over 50 animations displayed in more than 1,000 locations across Poland (shops, petrol stations).
